Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. You can quickly register using your email address. Once registered, you instantly become an attendee and can start discovering events.

Every account on HappenGrid starts as an Attendee, allowing you to discover, save, and book events. If you wish to host your own events, you can upgrade your account to an Organizer by setting up a Community or Organizer profile from your dashboard.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link will expire after 24 hours for your security.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to look for specific event names, or use the filters on the Search page to browse by category (e.g., Tech, Music, Workshop), location, and date to find what's happening around you.

Click the bookmark/heart icon on any event card to save it. You can view all your saved events by navigating to the "Saved Events" section in your user dashboard.

Navigate to the event page and click "Book Now". Select the type and number of tickets you need, then proceed to our secure checkout. Once payment is successful, you will instantly receive an email confirmation.

All your purchased tickets are stored safely in the "My Tickets" section of your dashboard. You can download your ticket as a PDF, which contains a unique QR code for seamless check-in at the event venue.

Refund policies are set individually by the Event Organizers. Please review the specific refund policy mentioned on the event page before booking. If you are eligible for a refund, you can request it through your dashboard or by contacting the organizer.

Once you are set up as an Organizer, simply go to your dashboard and click "Create Event". You'll be guided through a simple form to add your event details, cover image, ticket tiers, and venue information.

No! Hosting and generating tickets for free events is 100% free on HappenGrid. We only charge a small platform fee on paid ticket sales to cover secure payment processing and platform maintenance.

Organizers have access to a built-in QR code scanner within their event dashboard. Simply open the scanner on your mobile device browser and scan the QR codes on attendees' tickets to instantly verify and check them in.

Communities are groups built around specific interests, college clubs, or organizations that host regular events. They act as a central hub where followers can discover all upcoming activities hosted by that specific group.

Navigate to the "Communities" page from the main menu, find a group that matches your interests, and click "Follow". You'll then receive tailored updates and notifications whenever they publish a new event.
