Account & Registration

To create an account, click on "Sign Up" button on the top right corner. You can register as an Attendee to discover and attend events, or as an Organizer to create and manage events.

Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Tickets & Booking

Find an event you're interested in, click on it to view details, then click "Book Now". Follow the checkout process to complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.

All your tickets are available in "My Tickets" section. You can access them from the navigation menu after logging in.

Events & Organizers

Sign up as an Organizer, then go to your Dashboard. Click "Create Event" and fill in all the required details including event name, date, venue, ticket pricing, and description.

To become verified, you need to successfully host at least 3 events with positive reviews. Contact our support team to apply for verification status.

Communities

Browse the Communities page, find a community that interests you, and click "Follow" to join. You'll receive updates about their events and can participate in community discussions.
